Sammamish PKWY Demolition The City of Bellevue Parks & Community Services Department is seeking a consultant to provide permit administration, reporting and construction administration as required for an upcoming demolition project. The demolition project shall span five parcels and involve four former single family residential buildings (per property schedule). This RFQ does not obligate the City to pay any costs incurred by Consultants in the preparation and submission of their Statement of Qualifications.
