Renovation of an educational facility in Quebec, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Supply, installation and connection of 2 new boilers (one natural gas and the other electric) at the Gérard-Bisaillon pavilion (CMP-11042). The electric boiler must have a power of 12 MW and the natural gas boiler 800 BHP. The supply of these two boilers as well as the high-voltage electrical elements must be the subject to the prior pre-purchase before the call for tenders for construction. TIMELINE: Contract for mechanical and electrical engineering services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance was awarded following request for proposals # 12247. Reference number: 20017057. The mandate is to prepare and coordinate the documents for four calls for tenders: a tender call for construction work and three tender calls for the equipment pre-purchase. One tender call for an equipment pre-purchase (tender call # 12564; reference # 20064572) has been issued and later on cancelled. Further update in fall/winter, 2025. Note: Construction budget is $8,440,000. Budget for equipment purchase is $3,100,000.
