Reference Number 0000362111 The County of Leelanau (hereinafter referred to as the "County") solicits proposals from interested, experienced, and qualified vendors for demolition and replacement of the Leland Dam Pedestrian Bridge surface and railing, located at 109 W River St, Leland, MI 49654, as assigned by the County Administrator. Question Deadline 09/17/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Any questions with regard to the specifications of the proposal should be directed via email to Leelanau County Administration at lcypher@leelanau.gov. *The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; to award the contract to other than the lowest proposal; to award separate contracts for separate parts of the services required; to negotiate the terms and conditions of all and any part of the proposal(s); to waive irregularities and/or formalities; and, in general, to make award in the manner as determined by the Leelanau County Board of Commissioners, in its sole discretion, to be in the County's best interest.
