Question Deadline 09/17/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Any questions with regard to the specifications of the proposal should be directed via email to Leelanau County Administration at lcypher@leelanau.gov. *The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; to award the contract to other than the lowest proposal; to award separate contracts for separate parts of the services required; to negotiate the terms and conditions of all and any part of the proposal(s); to waive irregularities and/or formalities; and, in general, to make award in the manner as determined by the Leelanau County Board of Commissioners, in its sole discretion, to be in the County's best interest.
