Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Morrisdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Summary of Work (All bid packages) West Branch Area School District (WBASD) is renovating their Elementary School. A public bid event will be held and include a General Trades Contract and a Plumbing Contract that only includes the Fire Suppression System. A Guaranteed Energy Savings Agreement (GESA) with the school district will include the Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical work except for the Fire Alarm System, which the WBASD is contracting separately. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, a cashiers check or a bid bond of an approved Surety Company in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of West Branch Area School District. During the bidding period, questions regarding the project should be e-mailed to the attention of Ken Bart at kbart@eiassoc.com. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive, at his discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities relative thereto.
