Renovation of a municipal facility in Morrisdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The West Branch Area School District is accepting sealed bids for the replacement or repair of HVAC unit #7. All associated wiring, line sets, drains, insulation, roofing, and tying back into the BAS system as well as programming should be included. The school holds the right to take any parts off the old unit for spare parts. This is a turn-key operation where all facets of the job should be complete including but not limited to removal of the existing unit and the installation of the new unit. Replacement of the two compressors in the unit. The change out should include replacement of refrigeration filter driers, refrigeration, cleansing of the refrigeration lines and unit. Please include the replacement of the main contactors for the compressors and condenser motors. It is a turnkey operation so all refrigeration, reclaiming, and testing of the unit should be included. Two compressors are included in the bid. Alternative bid to replace the entire condenser and coil (not air handler). This should include new line set as well as any controls for the new unit to operate off of the current BAS. This is a turn-key operation where all facets of the job should be complete including but not limited to removal of the existing unit and the installation of the new unit. All permits, crane plans, testing and complete verification of the unit should be included.
