Saving Project...

Demolition, site work, environmental remediation and renovation of a municipal facility in LaFayette, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,500-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility.

This project generally consists of roofing repairs, retaining wall repairs, window replacements, and selective demolition, including hazardous material abatement, to stabilize the existing building for future development. Bidders are advised that this contract will require the contractor and subcontractors to pay prevailing wage rates as a minimum in accordance with the current State Wage Rate Schedules. The Contract has established goals of 20% minority -Owned Business Enterprise MBE and 10 Women-Owned Business Enterprise WBE participation. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum proposal price for the contract in the fowl and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents.
