Question Deadline 09/16/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Written questions shall be submitted to the Commonwealth Buyer via email at kristi.sharp@ky.gov Please reference the RFP number in the Subject Line in your email Final Completion Date 180 Days after Award Date Final Completion Liquidated Damages are $200/calendar day for each day beyond the established Date of Final Completion until the Actual Date of Final Completion is achieved All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee (in the form of a bid bond or certified check) of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the total base bid. If the bid bond is not submitted with your proposal, you bid SHALL be deemed non-responsive. A 100% Performance Bond and a separate 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder within five (5) calendar days. Bonds shall be executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
