The Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified vendors to provide task-order projects for Professional Groundwater Consulting Services. The Project services are primarily for the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill but may include other SWACO facilities as needed. The term of the Project is for a three (3)-year task-order contract. Task-order projects may vary in size, description, and duration. SWACO plans to enter into a contract with one or more qualified Proposers that have the ability to perform some, or all of the services outlined in the Scope of Services. Once the Successful Proposer(s) have executed a contract with SWACO, several will be contacted with a task order which will specify the details of that project. The Successful Proposers will respond with prices and a timeline for completion of the requested task-order project Question Deadline 09/27/2024 at 4:00 PM ET For questions concerning this Request for Qualifications, please email procurement@swaco.org. No phone calls please. SWACO has developed a Scope of Services, Exhibit A, for the purpose of seeking Statements of Qualifications for the Project. The listed services may be further developed and refined during the evaluation process and the negotiation of any contract that may be awarded to a Successful Proposer, if any. The final Scope of Services for the Project may include any, all, or none of the elements as contained in Exhibit A. SWACO reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in the selection process.
