Tenders are now being accepted for the crushing and stockpiling of up to approximately 30,000 cubic yards of 3/4" road gravel (pending supply) at the SW 10-05-27 W2 - RM of Willow Bunch No. 42 Crushing is to commence as soon as weather permits, after January 1st, 2025 and shall be completed on or before April 30th, 2025. Please confirm anticipated timeline for completion. Proof of liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000, certificate of insurance and a letter of good standing from WCB (Worker's Compensation Board) is required to accompany the tender. Request to consider payment term for split payment on 20,000-30,000 crush; 50% in 2025 and 50% January 1st, 2026. The RM will contract and pay for a qualified engineer to measure the piles. 2025 payment will be made within 30 days of confirmed measurement of the piles. Tenders shall include a price per yard for crushing, mobilization fees, and any other itemized cost. The successful bidder shall supply all supervision, labour, materials, equipment, tools and anything necessary to complete the work indicated by this document.
