Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lexington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work to be bid on is as follows Installation of approximately 2 Miles of 8 water line. The allotted time for construction is 240 calendar days. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering into the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the City of Lexington. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
