There will be additions in the front and the back of the building. The existing portions ofthe building must be maintained because the agency will still be providing transportation services to the public. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans.
