Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; service station / car wash facility; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The Northeast Park portion of the Project will consist of multiple full size lighted baseball/softball fields with batting cages, scoreboards, dugouts, and bullpens, one full size lighted multipurpose field, one sports court, four pickleball courts, three sand volleyball courts, shaded playground and picnic shelters, walking trails, open lawn space for picnic or other uses, and a paved parking area, including the installation of infrastructure for future electric vehicle charging stations. The Northeast Gateway Access Road will be a half mile long two-lane access road connecting to Centerville Road at Killimore Lane and Welaunee Boulevard, including earthwork, pavement construction, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, signs and pavement markings. The Scope of Work for this Project includes the construction of two stormwater management facilities, and site and foundation subgrade preparation for a future community building and installation of utilities, including water, sewer, and electrical improvements
