Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Corvallis, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Project scope includes selective demolition, modifying existing underground utilities, excavation/backfill, drilled piers, concrete foundation, foundation damp-proofing, rigid insulation, slab on grade, light gage metal stud framing, doors and finish hardware, storefront windows, overhead doors, drywall, painting, plumbing, mechanical, electrical work, site grading, and exterior sidewalks. The pre-engineered metal building supply and installation, including insulation package, was awarded in a previous bid package. All questions related to the bid documents shall be submitted in writing to J.R. Hyre at jrhyre@langlas.com A bid security is not required. Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract may be required of Successful Bidder at the discretion of the Owner and Langlas. Bidders are required to comply with State of Montana Prevailing Wage Rates for Building Construction 2024. A bid security is not required.
