Renovation of a detention facility in Butte, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
sealed bids for the installation of DX Cooling Components and associated equipment (equipment, piping, coils, power, etc) All Bids must be accompanied by an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate of the bid proposed in the form of (a) lawful monies of the United States; (b) a cashier s check, certified check, bank money order or bank draft, in any case drawn and issued by a national Banking association located in the State of Montana; (c) a Bid bond or bonds executive by a surety corporation authorized to do business in the State of Montana. These securities will be forfeited to the Butte-Silver Bow City-County Government as liquidated damages if the requirements in the way of contract are not entered into within fifteen (15) days after the date of award by the Council of Commissioners. The Butte Silver Bow County, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the Owner.
