The estimated single-project bonding requirement is approximately $500,000.00. Performance and Payment bonds, minimum 50% Montana resident workforce, and compliance with State Prevailing Wage Rates (Building) will be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities.
