Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Butte, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
BSB Department of Public Works has hired Water & Environmental Technologies to develop a stormwater reroute design on Western Avenue north of Granite and Broadway Street, to the existing stormwater main on Henry Avenue at Granite Street and Broadway Street. Work includes but is not limited to installing new stormwater mains, abandonment of existing stormwater mains, installing new inlet basins and manholes, installing inlet laterals, and concrete curb/sidewalk reconstruction. The RFB Documents may also be examined at the following location: Butte-Silver Bow Office of the Clerk & Recorder Courthouse Building 155 West Granite Street, Room 208 Butte, MT 59701. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier s Check, or Bid Bond payable to Butte Silver Bow County, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided.
