As of October 28, 2024, this project is in the conceptual phase. A developer has not been selected. An award to a developer December 2024/January2025. References may be questioned in depth in an effort to determine satisfaction with operational performance and service. The proposal which offers the best combination of price, equipment options, delivery time, quality, serviceability, and reliability, in the opinion of Miami University, will be selected.
