As of January 17, 2025, at the end of November 2024, the owner has selected Concrete Express, Inc as the Design Builder. As of this date, the project is still in design and a timeline has yet to be confirmed. The grant and city monies set aside for this project is approximate $4.8 million. The actual construction cost or awarded Design Build contract is not yet known. From earlier solicitation: Reference Number 0000362235 The City of Arvada is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for a Progressive Design-Build-Team (PDB Team) to design, permit, and construct the approximately 1.7-mile of the Colorado Front Range Trail (CFRT): Blunn-Pioneer Segment.
