Work. The Qualification will be for an Annual Contract to provide the following services to the County on an as needed basis: To repair, modify, program and replace existing Fire Alarm Systems. This is to include working with Electronic Safety & Security (ESS) staff to customize and review the design for each individual site based on the ESS specifications, 283100 Fire Detection and Alarm Guide lines (See Exhibit A). This specification is subject to change at the Countys discretion. Upon completion of each project, the contractor will perform acceptance testing with ESS staff prior to scheduling the final inspection with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). The contractor will provide all required close out documentation as defined in ESS specifications, 283100 Fire Detection and Alarm Guide lines, to include but not be limited to providing Auto CAD and as-built drawings for each system and will be responsible for producing signed and sealed shop drawings defining the specific projects requirements of each task assigned.
