The City of West Palm Beach, as agent for the East Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Facilities Board, is accepting bids from qualified and responsible contractors to remove and legally dispose of solid waste generated at the waste water treatment plant facility. Bid must be received and time-stamped by Procurement personnel no later than the submittal deadline. Bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope, marked in the lower left-hand corner with the firm name, bid number, title, bid submittal deadline date and time. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bid is stamped by Procurement personnel by the deadline. Contact by a Bidder (or anyone representing a Bidder) regarding this ITB with the Mayor, any City Commissioner, officer, City employee, or ECR employee, other than an employee of the West Palm Beach Procurement Division or Office of Small and Minority Business is grounds for disqualification.
