Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

As of November 1,2024, no bids were received. No definite date for the rebid. The Scope of Work for the Project includes select site demolition, new pumps and new underground storage tank and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. Bid security in the amount of Five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Wages shall be paid to each employee engaged in the work at a rate not less than the prevailing rate of wages for the particular trade or occupation, as issued by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. The Contractor shall be responsible for complying with the prevailing rate of wages for St. Charles County, Missouri. The Contractor shall be responsible for complying with Missouri Immigration Laws, and must submit the Work Authorization Affidavit with Bid. Contractor shall provide a ten hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety program for its employees working onsite on the project, as described in Section 800.
