Renovation of a power facility in Chesterfield Inlet, Nunavut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
The objective of this RFP is to provide all labour, material, equipment and services required to design, manufacture, supply, install, test and commission for replacing the existing diesel-powered generator with a new genset (G1) of 320 ekW continuous rating, 1800 rpm or less and 600 volts at the Chesterfield Inlet power plant. The project shall be completed with a DESIGN-BUILD approach (Turnkey). The contractor shall provide comprehensive services to design, manufacturer, supply, install, test and commission to bring the new generator and ancillary/auxiliary equipment into full functionality and compatibility with existing generation setup.
