RMRF, C22RF2, Maintenance Shop Floor Concrete Replacement The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting bids for the Rifle Gap Maintenance Shop floor replacement. Principle items of work includes concrete removal, subgrade excavation and preparation, and installation of concrete. All questions related to the project shall be submitted via e-mail to the Project Manager, Kendal Bergman at kendal.bergman@state.co.us. The deadline for questions is September 16, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed. NOTICE OF AWARD September 20, 2024 (Tentative) NOTICE TO PROCEED October 10, 2024 (Tentative) SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION November 25, 2042 (Tentative) The project consists of Rifle Gap Maintenance Shop floor replacement. Principle items of work includes concrete removal, subgrade excavation and preparation, and installation of concrete. All work shall be in compliance with these specifications and construction drawings
