Reference Number 0000364370 The Garfield County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) by and through the Procurement Department is seeking quotes from vendors to provide 1/4 " washed sand to the Fairgrounds Department in 2024. The intent of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to contract with a vendor that can provide and deliver 1/4 " washed sand to the fairgrounds located at 1001 Railroad Ave, Rifle, CO 81650. The objective of this RFQ is to order enough 1/4 " washed sand to fill all four arenas at a 1" depth. Vendor will need to deliver the sand over the course of 3 weeks with complete delivery ending no later than November 30, 2024. Upon contract award vendor will need to coordinate delivery with the authorized Fairgrounds representative.
