Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide engineering services to the Parks and Recreation Department for the Bloedel Donovan Rowing Dock Alternatives Analysis Study project The rowing dock at Bloedel Donovan Park serves public, recreational, non- motorized small vessels. The dock is located on Lake Whatcom between the Bloedel Donovan beach and Electric Avenue Bridge. The city desires to hire a consultant to develop alternatives and estimates for replacement. All respondents are requested to review this request carefully and to submit any questions concerning this RFQ, the City's requirements or its evaluation process to Purchasing Office via online. The City reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject all proposals or parts of proposals as may be in the best interest of the City.
