The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking written statements of qualifications from Professional Land Surveying consulting firms for surveying and mapping. Professional services performed by the Consultant consist of surveying and mapping. The ES569 project includes road resurfacing and sidewalk ramp improvements/installations at various locations along State Street, Ellis Street, and Cordata Parkway. Base maps and survey point files are to be delivered to the city by December 31st, 2024. Surveying and mapping is anticipated to be completed by March, 2025 with construction expected in mid-2025. Additional surveying and mapping services for the projects may be added or removed dependent upon funding availability and project design requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Submittals and to waive irregularities and information in the submittal and evaluation process. This RFQ does not obligate the City to pay any costs incurred by firms in the preparation and submission of their Submittals.
