Site work and new construction of a casino in Poplar, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a casino; and for site work for a casino.

The Fort Peck Inc. of the Fort Peck Indian Reservation is requesting Contractor Bids for the construction of the Poplar River Casino and Grill, located at 716 5th Ave. NE, Poplar, Mont. A 5% Bid Bond is required with all bids over $150,000, a 100% payment and performance bond is required upon award of the contract. The Construction Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Fort Peck Inc. Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. All bidders will follow all TERO rules and regulations per the TERO code as authorized by the Fort Peck Tribal Executive Board.
