Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Township. All proposals must indicate the mileage from the Municipal Building to the plant; this is for the Road Materials FOB Plant portion. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount often percent (10%) of the bid made payable to West Penn Township. The successful bidder for each bid will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days of the award of the contract.
