Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Squamish, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a five-story above grade, 158-unit elderly care / assisted living facility.

Construction of a new state-of-the-art building to replace the existing 90 beds and increase the number of long-term care and hospice beds to 152 to meet the increased demand of the communities in Squamish. A 10-space day program for older adults and child-care space for 37 children are to be included. TIMELINE: Project planning is underway. A request for qualification to invite interested parties to submit their in the project has closed and a list of qualified proponents are anticipated to be invited to participate in the next stage of the competitive selection process, the request for proposal stage. Construction timelines may be confirmed once the procurement process is complete. Further update in late 2025. * Value listed is anticipated to be the capital cost of the project.
