Site work and renovation of a civil project in Peachtree City, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of October 28, 2024, the project was awarded to Reynolds Construction for $19,030.74 and to Crawford Grading & Pipeline for $28,520.00., with a total awarded amount of $47,550.74. The General repairs would include planned improvements to the system. New gravity sewers, pump station upgrades, site work, manhole replacements, etc The Emergency repairs would be unplanned work associated with unforeseen failures with the sewer system. This could include pump station failures, gravity sewer or force main breaks, sewer spills, etc. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of $5,000, and shall be subject to the conditions provided in Section 00 21 13 ''Instruction to Bidders.''
