Replace the existing field lights with LED lights at the two Lacrosse Fields, T-Ball Field, Field of Hope, Upper Baseball Quad, and Lower Baseball Quad. The existing light poles will remain with all new drivers, wiring, and fixtures. Some of the in-ground wiring and electrical components will be upgraded as well. The project shall be Substantially Complete within 120 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed of the contract. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the amount of $250 per day for each calendar day required to achieve Substantial Completion. The project shall be Final Complete within 30 calendar days beyond Substantial Completion. Agreement will require a Payment Bond in the amount of 110% and a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the project cost.
