This Project will proceed under (1) LUMP SUM Contract(s) as follows: Mechanical Construction The scope of work consists of: Removal of the existing pneumatic building management system equipment and controllers and the installation/conversion onto the latest Day Automation Controls Platform. See construction documents for equipment and components provided to the mechanical by Day Automation for installation and for scope of work to be completed by Day Automation personnel. Building Number: 9.84 REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Program and waiver requirements; MWBE goals and waiver requirements; and Workforce Goals Requirements This contract contains new requirements for NY State Wicks Law.
