Reference Number 0000362500 General Requirements - Insurance Required The purpose of this document is to make known the specifications for bidding on lawn care and snow removal services including all labor, materials and equipment for Mount Clemens Housing Commission (MCHC) for a two-year period with one- year renewal option. Lawn Care services are to be available from approximately April through November. It is estimated that the lawn care service will be required at a maximum of twenty- six (26) times per season. It is estimated that the snow removal services will be required at fifteen (15) services per season. Snow Removal services are to be available from approximately December through April.
