The bid must be for a lump sum snow removal from November 1, 2024, to April 15, 2025, on an "As needed basis". Snow removal will be for the fire apparatus apron, the parking lot on both sides and behind the fire station, and two driveways adjacent to the fire department recreation hall. The bidder must provide a Certificate of Insurance that provides liability and workers' compensation coverage for one million dollars. A monthly invoice for payment must be forwarded to the fire district by the third Monday of each month on a standard Fire District purchase order/claim voucher indicating the number of times plowed along with the date of each occurrence.
