Reference Number 0000362722 Furnish LED Lighting Upgrade General Construction Requirements o Replace two hundred twenty (220) 2' x 4' light fixtures in the Onondaga County Water and Environment Protection (WEP) Administration Building 3 rd Floor with architectural, field selectable output and color temperature LED fixtures. o To include all labor to remove, disassemble and recycle (documented) the lamps and ballasts and install the new fixtures. o Fixtures must be eligible for National Grid On the Spot Light discounts. o All LED fixtures must be Design Lights Consortium (DLC) qualified or ENERGY STAR TM qualified. o The selected bidder is responsible for coordinating with WEP personnel to schedule work in phases to minimize impact on operations. o Please bid as a complete project. o All work is to be installed per suggested manufacturer's recommendations. o Remove and dispose of old lamps and fixtures in accordance with environmental rules and regulations. o Selected bidder is responsible to provide any ladders, lifts or scaffolding necessary for removal of existing and installation of new lamps or fixtures.
