Bamberg County on Aging is soliciting and accepting RFP for flooring replacement. The Bamberg County Office on Aging (BCOOA) is soliciting bids for materials and services for replacing flooring at 498 Log branch Road in Bamberg, South Carolina. All supplies and services must meet the specifications set forth in Section III of this document DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Bamberg County Office on Aging (BCOOA) is soliciting for bids for services and materials to replace flooring at the designated location. The bid includes the services specified and furnishing all materials. NOTE: This section needs to include the exact description of what you want done, along with the quantities (SQ FT) of the materials to be furnished and installed. The Contractor shall remove old flooring including tile, carpet, and all adhesives and dispose of items The Contractor shall replace old flooring and install new carpet, LVP, and tile with grout (attached below are floor plans with corresponding materials per room) Specific materials have already been chosen, those are as follows: Katanga LVP (Topsoil) (5mm) Zephyr CPT (Forces of Nature - Westerlies) Community 4 Base (Magnolia) Umore Porcelain Tile (Bari - Charcoal) (12x24)
