The City of Gainesville is requesting proposals for the Flat Creek WRF Primary Clarifiers and Solids Treatment Train Upgrades Project. The project consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary to construct the Flat Creek WRF Primary Clarifiers and Solids Treatment Train Upgrades Project improvements and related appurtenances. The improvements consists of the following major elements: Demolition of existing DAF No. 1 building, alum storage, and recycle clarifier. Construction of two 100 ft diameter primary clarifiers and associated odor control structure, alum containment area, and thickened WAS facility. Retrofit of existing DAF No. 2 building into two 55 ft diameter primary clarifiers with associated odor control structure. Installation of new covers on the existing sludge blend tanks and flow distribution box
