Reference Number 0000277852 Question Acceptance Deadline Sep 24, 2024 02:00 PM ADT BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada LP (BGIS) invites qualified parties to submit a quotation for the provision of overhead door maintenance and inspection services to various GOCB & RCMP sites in New Brunswick. Contains security requirements. The Contractor shall provide Maintenance to the Overhead Doors / Dock Levellers / Scissor Lifts. The Contractor shall furnish all the necessary equipment, tools, transportation, services, labour and material to execute the work required for service of the equipment listed. The Contractor must be prepared to provide twenty-four (24) hour - seven (7) days a week emergency call back service, for the duration of the contract. The Contractor must provide quality workmanship and proper service of the equipment and the BGIS Representative will provide inspections to confirm. Prior to any maintenance taking place the contractor will contact BGIS Operations (Tech/MTL) to arrange to go over any site access issues, safety concerns, BGIS Work Permits, safety concerns or any other matter pertinent to the execution of this agreement. The Contractor and personnel must obtain PWGSC and RCMP clearances. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
