The City of Claremore is requesting proposals from qualified Bidders capable of performing a damage assessment of its electrical distribution system. Successful project completion will include full damage assessment of the City's post-tornado electrical distribution system, suitable to support a federal loan/grant from FEMA for correction. Prior to commencement of the field inventory, the successful bidder shall have a joint meeting with the City of Claremore to discuss how they intend to collect the data and successfully integrate data into Partner Staking Software and a timeline for project completion. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is not scheduled for this proposal. The City reserves the right to waive informalities in the proposals and reject any or all proposals for any reason whatsoever at the sole discretion of the City. The successful proposer will be notified in writing.
