Renovation of an educational facility in Claremore, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
University Housing "UVC" Commons HVAC Replacement WORK INCLUDED A. Remove and replace existing HVAC systems units as per Summary of Work. B. May include removal of sheetrock on the units to facilitate installation of new HVAC equipment. C. Removal from site and disposal of all removed materials, debris, packaging, banding and all other surplusmaterials. D. Deliver to RSU all HVAC existing HVAC equipment and related components HVAC Replacement will begin on or after November 4, 2024. All work is to be completed no later than May 2, 2025. Rogers State University shall have the right to reject any or all bids and solicit contractors again as herein provided if the best interests of the people of the State of Oklahoma would be best served by so doing. Further, the University reserves the right to award on an all or none basis, by item or groups of items in order to achieve the overall lowest cost.
