Renovation of a transportation facility in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Direct questions in writing to Michael Weissbrod, email mweissbrod@crosskey.com The scope of work for this project shall include completing the exterior envelope restoration for the subject building which has occurred in smaller phases over the last several years. Work, shall include exterior carpentry restoration, window and door repair/replacement, and select masonry repair. Refer to drawings for more information. This project is funded in part by CT DECD. As such, all work, will be required to conform to the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. The CT SHPQ and Architect will be required to review and approve mock-ups of the work
