Justice Center A/V Upgrade. Question Deadline 09/30/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Deadline to submit Questions online. Submit all questions about the contract documents in writing to purchasing@buckscounty.org Project Description: The County of Bucks, Doylestown Pennsylvania (the County) is soliciting proposals for Justice Center A/V upgrade from an independent contractor. Companies submitting proposals must have demonstrated experience in said services. This contract includes the purchase, delivery, assembly, successfully functioning installation and testing of audio visual equipment for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor courtrooms. This installation will mirror the recently installed A/V system on the Justice Center 5th floor build out. Additionally, the contract will include an upgrade of the existing A/V systems on the B1, 1st, 2nd, and 6th floor conference rooms and Jury Assembly room. The configuration for each of these rooms is different and is detailed under 'Functional Requirements of Systems'.
