Questions Due Date: Sep 12th 2024, 5:00 PM EDT Charlotte Water is requesting proposals from qualified companies interested in providing Professional Engineering Services for the Lead and Copper Rule Revision Project. The requirements for submitting a Statement of Qualifications are stated in the attached Request for Qualifications. Field investigations will include either: pot holing three feet within the meter box on both the public and private side to determine service line material or meter box inspections of both public and private service lines leaving the meter box. If potholing is the form of investigation, no work will be permitted until a right of entry form has been signed by the homeowner. These investigations will be documented and re-inputted into the predictive modeling system for future analyzation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
