Replace or refurbish the main HVAC equipment located at the Kerr Hall South (KHS) Building using the University sustainability initiative targets for renovation projects. The University intends to complete the construction of the Project in two (2) Phases: (1) AHU KHSE #2 in 2026, and (2) AHU KHSW #7 in 2027. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals from Engineering Services has been issued by the owner. The awarded proponent will provide engineering design and prime consulting services to conduct the engineering Feasibility Study as well as complete design development to replace or refurbish the main HVAC equipment. The University intents to execute the Professional Services Agreement for Prime Consultant Services. Enquiries should be directed to the owner prior to September 23, 2024 at 11:00:00 AM EDT. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated. The term of the agreement is for six (6) years, or successful completion. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
