The intermediate components service lighting and equipment through the building. The current electrical system was installed in 1990. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals has been issued by the owner. The awarded proponent will provide electrical studies of the select locations. Houselink and Mainstay Community Housing (HLMS) (Owner) is the largest non-profit supportive housing agency currently managing nearly 60 residential locations and more than 1,100 units across the City of Toronto, Ontario.
