Description of Work: The work shall consist of routine summer and winter maintenance of the Nikolai Airport (FSP), Nikolai, AK Airport facility which includes Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities owned maintenance equipment, building structures, and roadways located on airport property unless otherwise designated.
