The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000 Saint George Water Storage Tank Replacement. The contractor shall construct a new insulated water storage tank (WST) and make improvements to the existing infrastructure including: o the demolition and disposal of an existing 286,000-gallon bolted-and-gasketed steel WST, o install and connect a temporary 20,000-gallon bladder tank to provide for continued water system service to the community during construction, o renovation and upgrades to the metering building, and o demolition and replacement of the existing well site electrical control conex. Work shall be completed in accordance with the attached design, specifications, and conditional approval to construct. The new water tank will be built on the existing tank pad and shall be an insulated 141,000-gallon bolted steel WST.
