Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes the select demolition of exterior and interior masonry walls and concrete floor area to accommodate the installation of a new 20'x18' overhead door, concrete floor, and floor drains within an existing manufacturing building located in the Crawford Business Park located at 18317 Industrial Drive, Meadville, PA 16335. The work will also include select exterior asphalt demolition, minor site work, and a small area of new asphalt paving to accommodate tractortrailer ingress/egress to the referenced overhead door. A sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required. The successful Bidder/Contractor shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
