The City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services is seeking quotes from licensed boat operators to display emergency warning signs along the Willamette River during events of combined sewer overflows (CSO) and sanitary sewer overflows (SSO). Scope of work The successful Contractor shall provide emergency warning signs. Bids may be withdrawn in writing on company letterhead signed by an authorized representative and received by the Procurement Services prior to bid closing time. Bids may also be withdrawn in person before bid closing time upon presentation of appropriate identification. Bid Rejection The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Cancellation The City reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time without award.
